ABOUT The OT Space
Amanda Sneddon
Amanda is a qualified Occupational Therapist, having graduated from UWS in 2011 and is an actively practising AHPRA registered OT. She has over 8 years of experience assessing disability and injury and recommending capacity building strategies and functional upgrade plans.
Amanda has coordinated and provided rehabilitation for individuals with complex primary diagnoses such as Brain Injury and Dementia. This includes working with their families and a multidisciplinary team to assist with their individual rehab goals.
She spent 2 years of her career working abroad in England for the National Health Service (NHS) in inpatient orthopaedics, the emergency department and care of the elderly.
She currently works in private practice, specialising in supporting adults and adolescence, specifically with a mental health diagnosis/es to maximise their independence and quality of life.
